Privacy Policy

Effective 8 October 2026 · Applies to the Clearly iOS app and get-clearly.app

The short version

Who we are

Clearly is developed and published by Divyam Solanki ("we", "us"). If you have questions about this policy, contact us at support@get-clearly.app.

Information we collect

None. Clearly does not send any information about you, your device or your content to us or to any third party. The app makes no network requests of its own, and contains no third-party analytics, advertising or crash-reporting software. Our App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected".

Permissions the app asks for

Clearly asks for access only when you use a feature that needs it. You can change your choices any time in Settings › Clearly.

Data stored on your device

To open quickly, Clearly keeps on your iPhone:

This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. It is deleted when you delete the app. iOS may include it in your own encrypted device backups.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, email address or payment details. The app checks your purchase status locally using Apple's StoreKit. Apple's handling of your data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

This website

get-clearly.app does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability, for a limited period.

Children

Clearly does not collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country).

Your rights

Because we do not collect or hold personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. You can remove all data Clearly keeps on your device by deleting the app. If you have a question or a request under data protection law (for example the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA), email support@get-clearly.app.

Changes to this policy

If we change how Clearly handles data, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect. If a change would mean collecting data, we will explain it in the app before it happens.
